  1. The lessons assist members in solving their economic, social and political problem. This is the main objective.
  2. The lessons are similar to the Rosy Cross order, but we are not termed Rosicrucian™s. We as moors have our own system of study for higher learning with the same goals, self mastery. Nonetheless, the Premier goal is to spread the Moorish History, science, progress, culture and 49 lessons worldwide just as the Rosy Cross order is universal. Just as Masonry is universal. The Clock of Destiny is now an international organization and will touch the lives of all Asiatics and Europeans.
  3. The Moorish College is also setup to unify all faithful Moors on the five principles of the Prophet and the principles on back of C.M. Cards. This will give all faithful Moors a universal brotherhood and sisterhood.
  4. Our system is also designed to assist humanity in reclaiming their Moorish Nationality.
  5. The Clock of Destiny books and the Prophet Noble Drew Ali books are mandatory for all members. The Moorish Constitution is not mandatory unless you are interested in studying the law. Some members only will receive a request to order the Clock of Destiny and its manifestation. All moors must keep in mind that C.M. Bey materials were only for members and not the general public. Therefore, unless you are a member you will not be entitled to certain materials. It is the same in the Adept Chamber of the Moorish Science Temple of America.
  6. The 16 Economic Point Program is a map provided to members that arrived at level 3 unless the Premier authorized otherwise. A Moor MUST understand the Moorish culture in order to be in possession of this document prepared by the Premier for members in the Clock of Destiny Moorish College specifically.

PREAMBLE

1.We, the members of this Moorish Constitution National Order of the Great Seal, must promote organized effort in the category of all legal business enterprises such as: Chain stores of necessary human consumption; housing and building programs; agriculture; printing; literature; home group education in the Moorish Science of the Zodiac involving human character, sociology, economics, commerce, the science of good government, etc.We, the Moorish-American members of the National Constitution Order of the Great Seal and also the European Americans of the “White” People Union Society of the 50 states, equally depend upon one another for economic security and progress in peace.

MISSION
Whereas it seems wise and good that men and women of ambition, refinement, and self-respect should seek the society of each other, both for mutual benefit and to be an example of the higher type of manhood.

Be it resolved that our society be organized for the purpose of binding men and women of like qualities into a close, sacred, ordering union, that they may know the best of one another, and that each in this life may to his full ability aid the other, and by concerted action bring about those things that seem best for all that cannot be accomplished by the individual effort.” Passed down to the Premier
